Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, do not purchase our, products, services, or content.

This is the official Product Terms Of Service for Halos Development. Some key terms before we get started. We hope you choose Halos Development ("We", "Our", "Halos Development"), we will be happy to make you our client ("You",, "Your" "Client", "Customer", "Customers") Now lets start the Terms Of Service.

  1. To use one of our products, You must purchase a copy of the product via one of the sites the product is published on. (BuiltByBit, PolyMart, Main Site) You must contact Halos Development preferibly via our Discord Server and creating a ticket with proof of purchase, you are then able to receive a license key to activate the product.
  2. Customers are not allowed to share, redistribute, decomplie, disassemble, tamper, or modify any of Halos Development Products.
  3. By utilizing the products at Halos Development, Clients must be at least 16 years of age in order to legally access or use our software.
  4. Customers are strictly prohibited to resell any part of the software including configs and files generated by a product from Halos Development.
  5. Refunds are not guaranteed and up to discretion of Halos Development.
  6. Refunds will be granted if there is a issue with the product that is preventing use up to 14 days.
  7. Halos Development may offer technical support to its  customer, but the provision of support is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse support if we believe that the customer is engaged in activity that violates our TOS or is a threat to our products or servers.
  8. Halos Development has the right to restrict access to products from a certain IP Addresses.
  9. The customer, as the owner of the license key, bears full responsibility for any violations against the TOS., whether they occur on accident. 
  10. Halos Development license key system will collect IP addresses and Hardware ID from servers the client uses the product.
  11. Customers are only allowed to use Halos Development products on servers that they directly own.
  12. Halos Development has the right to deny or not provide support to users.

Liability

1. Halos Development is not responsible for any loss of files, projects, corrupt files, loss of revenue, data loss, etc.

2. Halos Development is not responsible for any damages caused by products.

3. Halos Development is not responsible for unavailable support.

I agree and acknowledge that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing clients at any time with out refund. If you have violated any of the Terms Of Service we have the right to suspend or terminate your license.
